Late Arrival Policy

Arriving late to your scheduled appointment will deprive you of valuable treatment time.  We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any outstanding paperwork, or answer questions about your service. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. If such an event occurs, we ask that you call to inform us so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed the reserved time. If arriving more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow, allow for optimal client access and respect our providers time, we have a 48 hour cancellation and no show policy in place.

Please understand that our providers are booked weeks to months ahead and we have a significant waiting list. When you forget, reschedule or cancel your appointment without providing a minimum of 48 hours notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact our office 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. All no shows, rescheduled and cancelled appointments (with less than 24 hours notice) will be charged a fee of $50. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this cancellation and no-show policy and thank you for being a valued client. Adherence to this policy will allow the REFYNED AESTHETICS team to continue providing the highest quality service for you and others we serve, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

Appointment Reminder Policy

As a courtesy to you, we will send an appointment reminder email and text message 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event the appointment reminder system fails to reach you for any reason and you do not receive the reminder notifications, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation and no-show policy.

Refund Policy

At REFYNED AESTHETICS Medical Spa, we work with each patient to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment.

Sales on all services, including but not limited to Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRF and laser treatments are final; refunds or credits will not be issued.​ Aesthetic results are variable given the uniqueness of each individual and how they respond to treatment. While we always do our best to achieve your desired outcome, it is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments performed -- not for a specific result. Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve further results.

No refunds will be issued on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only. All gift card and gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.
